Trending Tuesday: Destructed Skinny Jean By Fashion To Figure

I love denim.  Anything denim, from pants, jackets, blouses even footwear.  If there is one thing that you will find a multitude of is jeans.  I have a school of jeans in different styles, colors, cuts, washes and brands.  Distressed denim is trending right now; matter of fact it has been trending for quite some time.  While, I adore the distressed denim look, at this stage of my life I would prefer not to have my entire plus size thigh displayed for all to see.  Fashion to Figure has become one of my favorite brands when it comes to apparel.  Their jeans fit me perfectly and I have purchased a total of three within the last few months (don’t judge me).  My all time favorite jean is the Destructed Ankle Skinny Jean.  Destructed and yet classy.  Perfect for professional women (like me) in her thirties.

Trending Tuesday: Chevron Pull on Pant By Melissa McCarthy

Hey Girl!  It’s Tuesday and I am back with another great Trending Tuesday feature!  Now, you know how I feel about versatility. I am trying to keep my wardrobe as tamed as possible, which means only selecting items that can be worn to work and during a casual outing.  Melissa McCarthy clearly had that in mind when she created this pant.  The Chevron Pull On Pant is perfect for the spring.  Its lightweight fabric is breathable and flowy as well.  The waistband is a great addition.  Especially for me since this curvy girl is has a bit of a belly.

Hey, Ladies!  Every time I open a magazine, I see gorgeous pictures of women in beautiful off the shoulder blouses and tops.  Matter of fact, it’s currently in trend.  Cold Shoulder sweaters and blouses displaying broad sun-kissed shoulders.  What do all these models have in common?  NONE of them have unsightly dark bra strap marks.  I admit that I am a little jealous.  As a curvy woman who has been undoubtedly blessed (or cursed) with a large bust, I have purposely avoided off the shoulder apparel due to the unsightly dark bra strap marks.  This year, I fully intend to become part of the bare shoulder community.  But, before I do so, I fully intend to rid myself of these hideous marks.  Here are 5 simple ways to get your shoulders mark free and ready for summer!

Trending Tuesday Denim Studio Trench Coat by Eloquii

The weather is slowly starting to warm up even though Spring has “arrived”.  When the sun goes down it can get rather chilly in New York, and while a down or puffer coat is not necessary it is always good to have a light jacket on hand to ward off the chills.  Eloquii is one of my all time favorite brands.  Eloquiis apparel has the curvy woman in mind, and their pieces are chic, flattering, modern and gorgeous!  While perusing the Eloquii website, I came across this stunning Denim Studio Trench Coat!  This trench coat is shall I say dope and the frayed hem detailing gives it a bit of an edge.

Trending Tuesday: Romper Cover Up By Eloquii

Hey Curvy Cuties!  I have a great Trending Tuesday feature for you today.  Yesterday Eloquii launched its FIRST ever swimwear line for plus size women.  Being a plus size woman, it can be very challenging to find a bathing suit or any swimwear that caters to our curves.  During the warmer months you can always find me near the beach or in the pool.  Selecting proper swimwear is essential for me.  I chose this pink printed cover-up romper which is perfect for lounging in the warm summer sun.    When it comes to rompers I purchase a size larger to prevent bunching in uncomfortable places (you know what I mean.)  It features a cute sash for a comfortable fit.  The plunging neckline and cute sleeves add to the sophistication and style.  This romper will definitely be added to my wish list.
